Our philosophy at Shepherd’s Hut is to produce a range of premium wines from a single-site vineyard so as to ensure that the wines characteristics reflect the special terroir of the area.

We have 18ha under vine including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc .
