This single vineyard Cabernet has matured for 18 months in French oak. The bouquet has attractive cassis and mulberry fruits with subtle influence from the quality oak. The palate is balanced, with a lovely complexity between the fruit and the barrel maturation characters. Structured tannins and a fine acidity provide a long lingering finish.
