This elegant cool climate Chardonnay has citrus and stone fruit characters. It displays a complex style which is harmonious in balance and structure. Drained into French oak barriques as juice, the wine was allowed to ferment naturally without  added yeasts. Left on the lees for 10 months, the resultant wine has wonderful texture with a restrained yet powerful, long lasting palate that will accompany a wide range of dishes.
